• Your booking is refundable up to 7 days prior to arrival, by emailing us at hello@moreton-house.com. We will refund you by BACS transfer within 5 days of receiving your cancellation request.

• You will be provided with comprehensive self check-in information with your booking confirmation. Check-in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival.  Check-out time is by 10am on the day of departure.

• We are happy to accommodate late evening arrivals if required, but please note we won’t be available to deal with queries after 9pm.

• No pets are allowed.

​

• Guests are welcome to make use of the large garden surrounding the cabin but do so on the understanding our family dogs may be loose. If you would prefer some quiet time in the garden, please let us know in advance so we can aim to accommodate this.

• No smoking / drugs are permitted in or around the room.

​

• Your booking is for yourselves and we do not anticipate you will be inviting visitors without our prior agreement.
